Child friendly, we offer a seasonally changing menu with an emphasis on locally produced and organically farmed items.

C O C K T A I L S - MAY 8 to 11

Banana Margarita - Tequila, banana liqueur, triple sec blended with lime juice and fresh bananas. Served frozen with a banana slice.        

Golden Margarita - Jose Cuervo Especial, Cointreau, and lime juice. Served in a salted rimmed glass on the rocks with a lime wedge.

Mexican LemonadeVodka - Pink lemonade, a splash of Sprite served in a collins glasswith a orange slice.

P U B - MAY 8 to 11

Chicken Enchiladas - Lime marinated chicken, cheddar, monterey jack,tomatoes, and cilantro. Served with a grilled fire salsa. $10

Shrimp Fajitas - Tequila marinated shrimp, grilled and served with sautéed onions, peppers, tortillas and grilled fire salsa. $12

Tostadas - Pan fried tortilla with beef, red chili, cheddar, lettuce, and tomato. Served with avocado and sour cream. $9

Pink Mojito - Caribbean rum and sweetened lime juice muddled with fresh mint and finished with cranberry juice and sparkling water.  

Blue Curacao Pina Colada - Caribbean rum and Blue Curacao blended with Colda mix and served with a pineapple wedge.

Raspberry Champagne - A split of Champagne combined with raspberry liquer and served with a fresh raspberry.

Roasted Clams and Oyster Duo - Chili tomato basil oyster and a creamy coconut pineapple clam. $12

Coconut battered Tiger Shrimp - served with three sauces: orange marmalade, spicy peanut and a cinnamon chili. $11

Seafood Trio - A Jumbo lump crab cake, sun dried tomato crusted scallop, and rosemary skewered shrimp with garlic and olive oil. Served with cellophane noodles and julienne vegetables. $23

Cold Water Lobster - Sautéed medallions tossed with fresh artichokes, fennel, roasted peppers, tomatoes, and garlic .Tossed with angel hair pasta. $23

Salmon En Poulet - Fresh Atlantic Salmon wrapped in parchment. Classically prepared with fresh thyme and rosemary revealing its wonderful aroma and flavor. Served with asparagus and julienne carrots. $21

Scarlet Lady Ragout - Wild Mushrooms spiced and served with a Scarlet gravy over penne pasta. $9 recommended beer - Mai Bock   

Fat Dog Kabobs - Tenderloin tips marinated in fat dog and skewed   with onions and red bell peppers. Served with grilled new potatoes. $12 recommended beer - Scarlet Lady

Spare Ribs - An old time favorite.   Slow, slow roasted for a spell and covered with Bob's famous Triple Abbey BBQ sauce. Served with fresh cut fries. $10 recommended beer - Double IPA
