Special Brews On tap in the Pub:
Karnival Kolsch: This refreshing German-style ale was brewed using 2-row malt, a small amount of red wheat malt, and and all German hops for bittering and aroma. This straw colored ale is smooth like a lager due to the colder fermentation temperature and an extended cellaring time. It is dry and crisp with a slight fruitiness which complements the mild hop bitterness and aroma. 4.8% abv Draft special!
Pumpkinfest: This is our Oktoberfest with a healthy dose of roasted pumplin, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg added in the finishing tank. 4.5% abv Draft special!
Revel Red (Winter Seasonal) a full bodied ale has a deep reddish amber color with a thick creamy head. Pungent hop flavors are derived from 3 different varieties of domestically grown hops. This ale finishes on the dry side with a wonderful citrus hop flavor. 6.2% abv
Brewer's Reserve: Vanilla Almond Porter: A rich, full bodied porter brewed using several malts giving it a deep dark color. The use of both vanilla and almond extracts as well as whole vanilla beans in the brewing process, lends to its wonderful flavor profile, and delicate sweetness. 6 % abv
Special Brews for Take Out:Seasonals Styles: 12 oz. bottles and draft: Revel Red and Karnival Kolsch. Brewer's Reserve750 ml. big bottles: Old Abominable- barley wine ale and Abbey Double- A moderately strong Belgian Abbey-style beer. The traditional yeast strain imparts a complex assortment of spicy phenolic and fruity flavors. Hints of clove, plum and raisin permeate this rich, malty and full-bodied beer. 7% abv

Brewer's Reserve Series - Making Craft beer is hard work. The Brewer's Reserve label is where our Brewers have a chance to be creative and play around in their craft. Each Brewer takes a turn brewing a small batch of the style of their choice or in some cases creating a new one. This concept started with the "Old Abominable" and was so much fun that everyone had to take a turn. The "Smooth Hoperator's" test batch first hit the taps under the "Reserve" label. Since the "Reserve" beers are small batched quantity is very limited, only available in hand corked 750 ml. bottle conditioned bottles and or sixtels.
